There's really no occasion for this post, except to thank the following individuals for their current and consistent support of KVIBE. In no particular order: Sylvester Supapo, David Hammock, Ralph Cady, Burt (Ralph's friend), Brian Yoshida, David Horne, Laura Taylor, Reno, BMX Mike, Junior Bagio, Donovan, Galen, Kyle Nakatsuka, Roy/Nick (KKV Warehouse) and Steven Kau. Without such an excellent core group of volunteers and individuals running a shop such as KVIBE would be next to impossible.

Although a graphic designer by trade, Matt spent the better part of his own time as a passionate advocate for the cycling commuting community and lobbying for more bicycle-friendly infrastructure. In early 2008, he volunteered as a part-time mechanic, and in the middle of 2009 was selected to manage K-VIBE.

Sylvester walked into K-VIBE in January of 2009 knowing nothing about bicycles and became one of our steadiest and most reliable volunteers. He volunteers on average over 50 hours a week, and being a resident of Kalihi Valley knows many of the neighborhood kids personally.
